By accessing and using InvestInSAProperty.co.za, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms exist to protect both parties and maintain transparency in how property deals are sourced and presented.
1. Private Deal Disclosures
All property opportunities shared on this platform or via private communication are privately presented. They are not public offers, investment solicitations, or financial advice.
2. Not a Financial Advisor or Regulated Entity
The Tribe is not a licensed financial services provider. We are a sourcing platform that connects verified buyers with vetted property opportunities and service providers. You are encouraged to consult your own legal, tax, or financial advisor.
3. Buyer Responsibility and Due Diligence
Buyers are strongly encouraged to conduct independent due diligence on any opportunity presented. While we aim for accuracy, all deal information is shared “as available” and may change based on third-party updates.
We are not liable for:
- Errors or omissions in deal descriptions
- Changes in property status, pricing, or legal matters
- Losses incurred through a buyer’s decision or inaction
4. Sourcing Fee and Payment Terms
We work for the buyer. Sourcing fees, payment arrangements, and scope of service will be clearly disclosed per deal. These fees are due prior to final deal handover or at another stage as agreed in writing.
5. Use of Platform
You agree not to:
- Repackage or resell deals presented by the Tribe
- Use the platform to solicit other users or poach suppliers
- Misrepresent your identity or funding position
Violation may result in termination of access and legal action.
6. Platform Limitations
We do not:
- Guarantee profitability of any deal
- Promise rental income, resale value, or market appreciation
- Act as an estate agent unless specifically noted for a deal
7. Intellectual Property
All content, deal summaries, templates, and tools are owned by InvestInSAProperty.co.za and may not be copied, republished, or distributed without written permission.
8. Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of South Africa.
9. Updates
We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.
